Loma Sibo is a beautiful and peaceful property just above Montezuma, with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and surrounded with tropical forests.
The mainhouse invites you to unplug by the pool, do a little jungle exploration or stargazing under the night sky.
A French architect has managed to capture and highlight the surrounding nature untamed beauty while crafting a Caribbean style home that meets the standards of both ustainable eco-friendly and cozy house.
The property manager lives next to the property ensuring a 24/7 presence
Loma Sibop roperty comprises three houses: the mainhouse, Tsami and Sulé.
Adjoining the house called Sulé is a yoga studio.
THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house offers a family suite, a master bedroom, a small bedroom and a guesthouse located few meters away from the pool.
All rooms have their own bathroom. With a total of up to 8 beds the main house accommodates 9 to 10 people. It has an infinity pool, full-equipped kitchen with a 10 people dinner table, numerous confortable terraces and places to chill. House cleaning is organized every second day.
ROOMS
Master Bedroom
located on the 2nd floor of the main house. Offers a king bed, a cozy
balcony with amazing ocean view and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Groovy
Perfect to watch sun and moon rises on a spacious terrace that looks out to the ocean, the Groovy is one of the most beautiful room of Loma Sibo. The Groovy shares the Vanity room its elegant deep blue bathroom which include two sinks and two showers with a panoramic view to the coast. Two single beds or one double bed will be installed according to your needs.
Vanity
Named after our first intention to hang dozens of mirrors on the walls, the Vanity is now filled with exotic birds paintings. The room opens onto the garden and the shimmering pool on one side and the mystery of the jungle on the other; it’s simply furnished with two single beds.
Mermaid
The Mermaid is a single bedroom with a view to the leafy hills of Las Delicias. It has its private shower and a single washbasin. Small, sweet and cosy the Mermaid was decorated for the damsel of Loma Sibo.
Jungla
The Jungle is a tiny house overlooking the ocean, a hand's length distance to the forest. It comes with a shower open to the forest and a terrace to confortably observe birds and monkeys.
TSAMI HOUSE
Built on stilts at the entrance of the property Tsami house is arranged on two floors. On the first floor a large common room gathers the living room and a kitchen open to the dining room. On the second floor, aligned on the balcony overlooking the ocean, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The interior decoration is inspired by the warmth of the Central American spirit. The house comfortably accommodates 4 people.
SULÉ HOUSE
Sulé is a charming one-bedroom house located about one hundred meters from the main house. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens the house offers a perfect view to the Pacific Ocean and access to the jungle and a small river below. The kitchen is fully equipped, and two tables offer the choice of dining inside or outside on the patio. Conveniently located next to the yoga studio it is often used to accommodate professionals in charge of retreats who would like to be close to their clients, hosted in the main house, while preserving their conform and privacy.
THE YOGA STUDIO
Inaugurated in 2025 the studio spreads over an area of 75 square meters, it comfortably accommodates a dozen practitioners, offering ample space for a wide range of practices: yoga, breathwork, chanting, teacher training, movement arts… It is surrounded by a tropical forest where birds nest and basks in the light of sunset skies.
