GETTING THERE
BY PLANE
Domestic flights are offered from SJO domestic airport to Cobano. The flight takes 30mn then it is a 10mn drive to reach the property located above Montezuma.
BY LAND
The route goes from San Jose to Puntarenas and takes about 90 mn. In Puntarenas take the ferry to Paquera, crosses the Nicoya Golf in about 1.5 hours, there you will travel by land again, passing thru Tambor, Cobano and finally Loma Sibo in Las Delicias de Montezuma. A total stunning journey of 4-5 hours.
BY LAND & OCEAN
Another way of traveling, if you like a little bit of adventure, is to travel from San Jose to Herradura Beach north Jaco (1.5 hours), and then take a Taxi Boat or the “Speed boat” (50 mn). Be aware of weather conditions. Some agencies will arrange to pick you up in San José in a mini van.
BY BUS
There is daily, direct service between San Jose and Montezuma. The trip takes approximately 5.5 hours, including a 1.5 hour ferry ride from Puntarenas to Paquera.
